  • MODE is a dancewear supplier based in Weymouth, Dorset and able to supply you with all your dancewear needs. 
  • Our aim is to provide a reliable, quality service making the purchase of dancewear simple and convenient for you to access the items you need to enjoy the love of dance.
  • We pride ourselves on finding the most suitable products for our customers and welcome enquiries to quote on those items we don’t hold in stock.
  • Due to the pandemic, we have moved to our online shop only – please contact us with any queries.

UK Delivery

  • FREE Local Delivery – DT3*, DT4 & DT5* postcodes
  • FREE Delivery on orders £50+
  • All other delivery Flat rate £2.95

Pricing Policy

  • All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
  • All payments are transacted in £GBP.

Payments

  • We accept most major credit and debit cards.
  • All payments are due before despatch is made, with on-line payments transacted on order placement.

Availability & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment (Mon-Sat), with paid delivery service despatched to you by 2nd class Royal Mail delivery, subject to stock availability.
  • Where the goods are in stock you should expect to receive your order within 3 to 7 days from order placement and payment.  Where the goods are out of stock, you will usually receive your order within 8 to 14 days.
  • You will be notified of any items not expected to reach you within 14 days.   We cannot accept liability for late receipt of goods due to delays from manufacturers or shipping companies, with all expected delivery dates given as a guide only.  All orders are subject to availability.
  • You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you.
  • Advise of non-delivered goods invoiced must be notified in writing within 7 days, otherwise goods will be deemed to have arrived.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All items for exchange or refund should be returned to reach us within 14 days of their receipt by the customer. Only faulty items can be considered for exchange outside this period.
  • Items can only be accepted for exchange or refund if they are returned in their original saleable condition with all their tags & labels attached and in their original packaging.
  • Returns can be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid parcels. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances unless items are faulty or incorrectly supplied.  Standard second class postage will be refunded in these circumstances only.  There is no administration fee charged for returned products.  Local postcodes can contact us for collection/exchange by arrangement.
  • For exchanges; The buyer will be charged a return postage & packaging cost for all exchanges.  Items accepted for a refund will be subject to the outgoing postage & packaging charge, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible.
  • All undergarments, tights, foot accessories and socks are final sales. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of the order.
